Using reviews, awards and accolades as well as first-hand experience, LoveFood searched around the country that is "filled with a mouthwatering array of sweet creations" to find the "tastiest cookie" served in each state.
According to the site, the best cookie in all of North Carolina can be found at Bittersweet in Raleigh, with the salty chipwich ice cream sandwich earning the top spot. Who said you need to choose between cookies and ice cream? Just combine the two for a delicious sweet treat sure to satisfy! Bittersweet is located at 16 E. Martin Street.
